CoreLogic offers loan file transmission via the Internet through our online DOCWeb portal, and Internet delivery of completed loan packages through our DocConnect™ software. For what types of loan programs does CoreLogic provide documents? CoreLogic maintains standard single-family Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA and VA documents on its system, as well as a full library of ancillary closing documents for a variety of loan programs including home equity, construction and reverse mortgage loans. CoreLogic will also create custom documents for special programs.

Does CoreLogic provide state and federal disclosure documents? CoreLogic provides federal and state-specific application and closing disclosure documents.

If my company has custom internal documents, can they be included in the loan package? CoreLogic supports all types of custom forms including documents in other languages. In addition, the stacking order of the loan packages can be defined based on the variable transaction loan data.

What kind of computer equipment do I need? A computer running Microsoft Windows™ will support any of CoreLogic’s products and services. To make best use of our services, you need connectivity through an Internet Service Provider (ISP). For connectivity options please contact customer support.

Can CoreLogic provide customer references? Yes, please contact a Sales Executive for references. Our Sales people can provide you with the names of customers whose loan processing needs are similar to yours.

How do I get my loan data to CoreLogic for document preparation? CoreLogic online web portal, DOCWeb allows you to enter your loan data and send it direct to us via the Internet. You can also electronically deliver loan data to us through many of our interfaces with the most popular loan origination systems. We can also create a custom interface with your current input system.

How will you deliver the completed loan closing packages to me? DocConnect is CoreLogic’s complete, Internet-based document management tool for mortgage lending DocConnect allows you to receive and direct document packages to multiple delivery sites 24 hours a day. Individual documents or an entire package may be viewed, printed, and automatically emailed to your designated recipients. All loan documents are secure and cannot be edited.

How long does it take to get my loan package? Upon receipt of the loan data, CoreLogic guarantees the delivery of a completed package within 60 seconds.

Can I view the loan documents on my monitor before I print the loan closing package? Absolutely. You can review the entire loan closing package, page by page, easily and quickly with DocConnect or DocConnect Online.

Do I have to print the entire loan closing package, or can I select and print certain pages for review? You can easily view or print one page, any number of pages, or the entire package.

Will I have a specific contact person who will answer my questions and solve any problems I encounter? Each customer is assigned to a specific Customer Fulfillment Manager at CoreLogic who is your initial point of contact for all questions. Our technical support staff maintains office hours from 8:00 a.m. to5:00 p.m., Central Time. In addition, after hours support is also available.

What sort of backup or contingency plan does CoreLogic use to protect customers against power outages or other down time at your document preparation site? CoreLogic maintains two separate production systems that provide full site redundancy. Each site is capable of handling 100% of the volume for both sites, and CoreLogic can divert customer loans to either site within minutes in the event of a short or long term disaster.

What is the initial cost of getting set up with CoreLogic? For standard setups, all products and services are included in the document preparation fee. Costs for customized solutions are negotiated on an as needed basis.

Is there a loan volume requirement to use CoreLogic document preparation services? CoreLogic can design customized services to meet any volume needs.

I What is the cost of your software? The cost of CoreLogic document preparation software and our document delivery software is included within our document preparation fees. There is no up-front software cost.

How much is the per-loan document preparation fee? CoreLogic offers several standard pricing options, depending on the solutions needed by your company. Please contact a Sales Executive for more information.

If I need to redraw a loan, how much will it cost to re-send it? This depends on the pricing option you choose for loan processing. Some plans have no fee for redraws sent within 30 days of the initial loan, while other plans may require a nominal redraw fee.
